Tantric Dance & Tantric Massage (Womensgroup)

Specially developed for women, you are invited to explore and investigate your sensuality. You can engage in this process with yourself with gentleness and curiosity, at your own pace and with your own colors. We work from the principle that embodied sensuality leads to embodied sexuality.

When you can be intimate with your inner world and sexual flow, it becomes so much more effortless, and even more enjoyable, to experience this with another.

Together, we will explore where there may be blockages in your feminine energy, and how you can release them: towards softening, empowerment, and liberation.

Women often need to trust each other and themselves again. For me, this healing lies in encouraging each other, in strength and vulnerability. The joy of meeting each other from power to power. And where there is pain, supporting and soothing each other.

But certainly also in having fun together, in the freedom to be completely yourself. In the playful, intimate atmosphere of an old-school pajama party, where sisterhood can be gentle and relaxing.

In this five-evening series, we combine Tantric Dance and Tantric Massage to delve deeper into our bodies. Each evening has its own theme and structure, with space for dance, massage, bodywork, silence, and sharing in the circle. The program helps you emerge into your pure, clear sensuality and sexuality.

The first session is fully clothed. From there, we will feel as a group whether (partial) nudity is safe and desirable in later sessions. Everything happens in complete harmony, with respect for everyone's boundaries. You never have to do anything that doesn't feel right.

Jolanda
A passionate tantric dance teacher and, together with Rakesh, teaches TD INTO THE DARK.
In her practice, she works as a relationship therapist and offers programs for women who want to deepen their autonomy, sensuality, and sexuality. She combines tantra with psychotherapeutic work.

After years of working with sexual trauma, she specialized in guiding women toward healthy, fulfilling sexual relationships with themselves and others. She founded women's groups, both within and outside mental healthcare, where her innovative approach is central. She also trains therapists in working with sexuality as a theme in therapy.
