In deze groep is er alle ruimte om diepgaand te ontdekken hoe het is om helemaal aanwezig te zijn met alles wat er in je is. Kracht, liefde, angst, boosheid, frustratie, lust, sensualiteit en seksualiteit. Je mannelijke kwaliteiten zoals leiding nemen, doelgericht zijn. Je vrouwelijke kwaliteiten, zoals ontvankelijkheid en overgave. Durf je dit alles er te laten zijn, ook in contact met de ander? Durf je je eigen levensenergie en seksuele energie te laten stromen?

Kun je deze van de ander ontvangen en tegelijkertijd bij jezelf blijven?
Je gaat ontdekken wat er gebeurt in jou als de ander dichtbij komt of juist afstand neemt.
Kun je zien dat wat jij ervaart en ziet bij de ander, ook in jou is? En wat betekent dat in de dans? In contact en in je dagelijks leven? Kun je vrij worden van oordelen en projecties? Om zo te ontdekken wat er werkelijk is in het moment?

SETUP
In this group there is plenty of room to deeply discover what it is like to be completely present with everything that is in you. Power, love, fear, anger, frustration, lust, sensuality and sexuality. Your masculine qualities such as taking the lead, being goal oriented. Your feminine qualities, such as receptivity and surrender. Do you dare to let all of this be there, also in contact with the other? Do you dare to let your own life energy and sexual energy flow? Can you receive it from the other and stay with yourself at the same time?
You will discover what happens in you when the other person gets close or distances themselves.
Can you see that what you experience and see in the other is also in you? And what does that mean in dance? In contact and in your daily life? Can you become free from judgments and projections? To discover what really is in the moment?

You have experience with Tantric Dance and you have a feeling for leading and following in dance. You feel a deep desire to embrace life and go for it. And you feel commitment to be fully present with yourself and in contact with the other. You also want to introduce yourself to the group. We also ask that you can be there every evening.
This group is really meant for people who want to discover more about themselves together with their partner. For people who feel they want to embrace everything that is in them. And who want to use the Tantric Dance to grow further.
