Tantric Dance Into The DARK

In this training you will not avoid the darkness, but rather embrace it. You will explore how you can no longer be a victim of your shadow — obstructive patterns, fear, aggression, shame about your sexuality, resistance — but can transform it into powerful direction in your life.

The idea that we can only live in the light, that it has to be effortless, flowing and blissful, is an illusion. There is also your shadow. And that is also energy. If you suppress that energy, you block your flow. If you dare to allow it, something greater opens up: your entire flow.
In Into the Dark everything is allowed to participate. And we help you to break through your judgment about this shadow.
We invite you to move in the dance with what you normally avoid. Not to solve it, but to feel it, embody it and let it transform. So that you are no longer trapped in your shadow, but can transform this energy into your strength.

During this series we work with the following pillars:
Fear – dare to bring in your shadow.
Sexuality – connect with your dark sexuality.
Play – can you play with your dark, dare to be nasty.
Divine – can you embrace your divine darkness just as well as you can embrace your lightness.
