TANTRIC DANCE
Tantric Dance is the dance between the masculine and the feminine. One leads the dance, the other follows. The one who follows is always blindfolded.
By separating both polarities, you learn a lot about yourself: do you really dare to take charge and can you let yourself go in surrender?
Both are 'needed' to tap into your full potential and make life a worthwhile journey.
Especially if you are partners, it is very nice to be able to take on both roles, it ensures a lively relationship in which the sensual energy continues to flow.

Make sure you are (and stay) fresh! eg extra T-shirt, towel, deodorant, toothbrush, mouth freshener
Use as little perfume or deodorant as possible
Smoking/Drugs/Alcohol during and/or just before dancing: NOT!
(There is a smoking ban in the building and no alcoholic beverages are served)
