During this day we dive into the wonderful world of kundalini. This energy, which starts in our root, is a 'highway to our potential'.

The most powerful energy we have, and therefore we can peel off layers in an effective and direct way through this energy. Layers that still keep us small and hold us back.

Kundalini helps us on the path of liberation, it vibrates loose what is old and stuck. That requires a certain surrender to the process.

I work with the energy in an inviting soft way, and not with pushing or pulling. I believe that there should be a lot of focus on 'clearing the way' so that the energy can flow naturally. That is why I work a lot with the chakras.

More than 15 years of experience in facilitating groups. Known from Tantric Dance (co-owner), Tantra Festival Amsterdam and many other events. Elfriede has a background in Healing Tao and kundalini is her specialty. She provides a safe environment in which you can be completely yourself.
