Tantric Dance is a dance for the brave among us. A dance in which you are challenged to let go of your control, to feel and to move with an adventurous heart. Sometimes intense in pleasure and connection, other times surprising and groundbreaking. With dance as an entrance you can discover new layers that were previously hidden. What you give space to is up to you.
Some experience in meditation and self-reflection is therefore desirable, so that you can see and receive what is revealed in the dance. All this in a safe and loving setting.
